Question about Computers & Internet
There is on USB port on the left and 2 on the right, which one is the 2.0 port?
it depends if your laptop supports 2.0 you may need to update your drivers or you may need to update windows with the windows updates.
a lot of times you may see the message after you have plugged in a usb device, but you can always eliminate each port by plugging in the usb device to each one and waiting to see what message comes up.

All four would be 2.0 if yours is a recent model Compaq. Your instructions should verify that

I am not familiar withat Nokia suite. Do you know if it is dial up or DSL? When you press that button, do you hear white noise and then a dialing sound?
If this does not solve all your problems, please reply.

insert the disc into the drive, restart the computer. If it doesn't boot from disc, restart again.
As it restarts, press and hold F8(may be F2 or F12 depending on the settings)until the boot options screen appears. Using the arrow up/down keys select drive "d" or what ever drive letter represents the drive you put the disc into.
It will now(or should) continue to boot from the disc, follow the onscreen instructions to restore.

SOURCE: compaq presario cq60 keyboard
If the problem is intermittent then the problem could just be foreign objects like crumbs and hair that's trapped under the keys.
Turn the laptop off and stand it on it's side with the lid open. Get a soft, dry paintbrush and brush the keys, gently tap the keyboard in various places with the back of the paintbrush to help dislodge anything that's trapped.
Once your satisfied all the keys are clear turn the laptop on and see if it has made any difference.
If it has not then you may need to replace the keyboard.
