I understand that you are having issues with your Electrolux oven not operating properly. From what you have described it sounds like you could have a short within your control panel, keypad, or wiring harness. In order to properly locate the problem and repair it you would need to have the appropriate tools and understanding on how to disassemble your range. This is not a simple DIY job. I would recommend having a professional technician out to perform a proper diagnosis and repair. This will help you avoid any future issues and personal injuries. Thank you for your post, friend!
Based off what you have described your Electrolux double wall oven is not heating up inside the top portion. It could be a miscommunication within your oven and you can usually perform a reset to clear that out. In order to reset your oven you would need to flip the household circuit breaker off for roughly ten minutes. If you restore power and continue you having an issue with your oven I would suggest you could have a possible fault with the control panel, thermostat, element, or connectors. Typically, this is not a simple DIY job. You may need to look for assistance with replacing any electrical components and I would highly suggest having a professional technician help with that. Hope this is helpful. -Matt

Based off the information you have provided your Electrolux oven is not heating properly. I would recommend performing a reset on your range which you can do by disconnecting power from it for ten minutes. If that does not help to correct your issue it could be a faulty element or control panel. I understand your range is only six months old typically the warranty for a range is one year. I would contact the manufacturer for proper resolution regarding a warranty. I hope this is helpful. -Matt
