click on forgot password after put in user name and answer your challenge question or request a text message to reset pass word assuming you set the 2 items up when you created your yahoo account good luck also you can link another e-mail account to your yahoo account to recover your password

you need to provide more information, an account on what on where? generally most sites/services have a help/forgot password link, and you can enter your email address to recover user names and passwords.

If it is because you forgot the password for the email account then just recover your forgotten password on your email accounts website.

If it is because you forgot the password but you know the email for the PS3 then just choose recover your password when it asks to enter the password and it will be sent to your email.

If you forgot both the email and the password then you will have to call the Playstation technical support and provide information so they can give you the information you need,

There might not be any way to recover your account without actually guessing every combination of months and years.
You could try contacting Sony, but I doubt they can help you.

if you go to the sign-in menu all the way on the right you can choose "forgot my password" but then you must remember the security question.If you can not get threw that way try Click "Forgot Password". The Password Should come in your email. Or write playstation to resend your info to your email.There always the option of creating another account.
