If I was you I would call the acer company.Let them know your situation and yes if you've only had it a short time they should replace it.
I would try that and see what happens I had my laptop replaced no problem from acer.

I have a Kenwood KR V6090 tuner amp. Can anyone please tell me if I need a record deck with or without a pre amp fitted.

Hi. Some amplifiers provide power for a record deck (or you mean a vinyl record player). Some vinyl record player have their one amplification system, some don't. Those with the amplification system work fine on older amplifiers but others require a back-up power, like a transformer to provide power for the record player. You need to enquire with the store person on the type of record deck or record player you can use directly with the V6090. I had an early Pioneer Amplifier and a matching record player so that I could play the vinyl disc and LP's on full volume. Later I switched to digital Pioneer 7 channel. This couldn't accept the record player because it did not have a power substitute like the older Pioneer. So, when the record player plays, no signal is being sent to the amplifier and therefore, no music is heard, except from the needle.

To whom did you send the camera? FixYa neither repairs nor replaces cameras. The reference number you gave is not a FixYa number. Please contact the party to whom you sent the camera to inquire about the status.

Yes, it can be repaired. The problem is probably in either the SVGA chipset on the motherboard, or in the connection cables. Before repairing, enquire on the Dell website (using your warranty tag - usually underneath the unit, you'll find schematics on how to find it on the website itself) about your warranty status. Some faults may be repaired for free even after the "normal" warranty has expired. Otherwise, enquire about the costs - a full motherboard replacement plus expenses might set you in the vicinity of a brand new laptop (but also consider the trouble in copying the documents and settings...)

hmmm...too bad about the spongebob. Any liquid hitting the screen, won't usually neutralize the screen. Big issue is if it gets down inside the area where you turn on the computer. That's where the electronics are, and the connectors for the LCD. I'd suggest you enquire about warranty repair(and leave the spongebob part out, since it's not usually covered by the spongebob maker, either). :)
