Hello Dana, Remove battery and fully charge or replace with new, then try to start camera again. If camera does not reset itself it will need serviced/repaired.

Are you serious!!! This camera does not "work fine". It does not have a "slight problem". IT WON'T TAKE ANY PICTURES!!! Do not buy this camera.

Did you ever solve the problem? I had the same problems; the Kodak is still lyng around since 2-3 years. I bought a Nikon D3 instead but I'm not satisfied about the colours and the brightness of the D3. I'm seriously thinking about either repaairing my Kodak or buyin one again...
