Disc full

Hi, I recently received a jensen smp-512U, 512MB MP3 Player as a gift. for some reason it won't let me download music onto it as it says it is full but yet when I go into music it says 'disc empty', I have made sure it is empty as I have deleted all files, please help

try viewing directly with Windows:
Open "My Computer" and look for your drive letter for the Jensen. Open it and you will see all of the folders and files on that MP3 player. Try mouse dragging songs into the correct folder of the drive letter.
