Unfortunately, per your problem description, it seems that an electronic device in one of the internal baords is damaged, causing a failure in the power board.
The solution for it requires to open and repair the damaged board, or replace it. This means that it has to be done by a professional repair service.
If your camera is within warranty, contact immediately to Canon to make it valid. If not, then contact a camera repair center for diagnosctics and repair quote.
