SOURCE: Deleting Preloaded Music
Ok, this should work:
-Connect your sansa to your computer
-Open My Computer
-Find your mp3 players folder "Sansa E250"
-Go to the files you want to delete and simple select them and press delete.

YOU GO TO THE START MENU AND GO TO MY COMPUTER AND YOU WILL SEE DRIVE F: OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT CLICK ON AND VIEW THE FILES YOU HAVE UP THERE

SOURCE: loaded music onto my sansa
I have the sansa clip. You have to make sure that you have windows media player, the updated version, and you have to have windows xp or higher service pack 2.... What you need to do is erase everything out of your sansa clip... Do the upgrades if neccessary and re-download them.

plug it into the computer open up the my computer folder if you are using windows. access the device and go into the folder that says music. you will have free reign to delete anything that you dont want.
