I was billed for 2 types of aol. My aol should be charging me $11.99. I have 3 charges of $9.94. Starting date was 11/1/08. I need to be credit back to my visa card a total of $29.82 for this service which I was told you no longer have. I need for you to stop these charges also.

This is not AOL. Call The 800 number for aol and ask them to take care of this outrage.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I am being double billed on our account. You are charging our credit card we used with Dish and also taking it out of our bank account.

Not us. Fixya doesn't bill anyone, and have nothing to do with 'dishes' of the satellite or crockery type.

You must have authorised payment by credit card and by bank debit. It is your fault for not cancelling one before starting the other! Phone whomever it is direct, it certainly isn't Fixya.com

Why was I charged twice on same date for 20.00? I was charged 20.00 twice on Nov. 6th. Can you tell me why?

We can't because 'WE' Fixya didn't charge you. We don't charge for anything, our information is free.

You need to contact the people that charged you, or phone your credit card company and request a 'charge back'. Then it is up to the company to tell the credit card company WHY they charged you. The credit card company will refund as soon as you tell them you didn't authorise the payment.

On my credit card bill there are three charges for "Amazon Services-Kind" for $12.82 and $10.81 and $1.07. What are these for?

Contact your credit card client services; the phone number is on the back of your credit card.
They can look up charges on your card and tell you what they were for.

The best way to do is to contact the personnel incharge in this matter either by phone or by email or by person to clarify why they billed you with this amount and to ask more details abolut their new rules or policies to give update in your part.

Connection to aol

If there is a charge each month for either your bank account or credit/debit card, you can contact the issuer and stop any future charge from that vendor(AOL). That might get them to contact you and find out what your being charged for. Hope you can solve. Thanks.
