The problem might actually be the door itself. make sure it raises and lowers easily and is well balanced. If it is then find the power adjustments and turn up the up force to work the door. Do a 2x4 safety reversal test afterward. Thanks BB

You are receiving interference from the digi door. You will have to return this unit and go with a different one on a different frequency. Chamberlain makes a clicker that would work well with that unit. Thanks BB

Hello kgo.. Sometimes these door motors do need a wee bit of tweeking. That said, I would adjust the up pressure a bit so that it goes up as it should. The adjustments are on the motor unit and generally only require a screw driver to make the adjustment.
Be sure to make wee adjustments and then test the door. Joe
