No more details than above.
Remove the front door and screws securing the door to the front cover, then remove front cover and look for the thermal cutoff fuse as if this is open it will kill all power to unit,it should be on the blower wheel housing

What is the model number for the samsung dryer? Usually when this happens there are small thermistors that act as safety devices in the dryer that will prevent the unit from running. For example there is a hi and low limit thermistor that if either will faulty the unit would not run at all the lights would come on but the unit would not run to prevent the unit from getting to hot. Message me back your model number and I will find your schematic showing the thermistors in your unit. You would have to check these thermistors with a multimeter and perform continutity tests on them to assure that they are functioning properly. I await your reply Thanks Rick

See if the lever on the door switch clicks. You cannot hear a click or the lever is missing that could be the problem. On the backsides of the dryer is a dust cover. Remove it and look for reasons why the duct fuse might melt and kill power to the door switch.
See the lever there? That must be in for the door circuit to activate the motor.

SOURCE: Whirlpool duet dryer won't heat,
Hello, welcome to FixYa.
I'll start by saying your post indicates it is obviously a Whirlpool "duet" dryer, I also understand it is not heating, however your post does not include a model number.
Since there are many differences from one model to the next that can cause a scenario where it won't heat (even within the Whirlpool line) If you can reply with the model number I should be able to assist you going forward.
I'll need to watch for your reply before going forward. Thank you.
