How can I delete my home screen password and I can't access my home screen but the guest can use the guest side

It is possible to do that, but you have to be able to log in as an administrator. (Not easy though.)
I bought a "refurbished" laptop and there were still passwords in it. I couldn't log on either. I ended up using Ophcrack and it found all the passwords. From there I took them all out except the opening one, that I changed for my login. Ophcrack is a free download to put on a disk, it workls well. (You didn't specify your Window type. There's one for both vista and xp for windows 7, a different one for windows 8.) You have to follow instructions to the letter. This one is easier to follow and understand. There are also tutiorals on You Tube.
Priyam Vaidya's Blog is the site. This is the address----priyamvaidya.blogspot.com/2013/02/how-to-recover-paswords-using-ophcrack.html
This is one thing that is important! (I think it is mentioned.)
Once you get the password problem fixed, BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING ELSE, make a password recovery disk! You need either a floppy disk drive, or a flash drive. That needs at least 1 gigabyte. From my own experience, I was glad I made it. About 3 weeks later my password got scrambled. (I don't know how.) With the recovery program, I was up and running in about 10 minutes.
GOOD LUCK!
P.S. Don't forget to find someone to blame it on!

I've forgotten all of my info on my account and i need to start afresh

If you've forgotten your Google Account password or are receiving the message 'Username and password do not match' when you try to sign in to your Google Account, please visit the password-assistance page and enter your username.

Account username:

  • For Google Accounts without Gmail: the full email address you used to create your account.
  • For Google Accounts with Gmail: everything that appears before '@gmail.com'
Once you've submitted your username, type the letters in the distorted picture in the appropriate field, and click Submit. Depending on your Google Account, you'll be prompted with one of the following options:

For Google Accounts without Gmail:

We'll send a message to the address registered as your Google Account username. This message contains instructions to reset your password.

For Google Accounts with Gmail:

  • If you have an alternate email address listed on your Google Account, we'll send a message at that address containing instructions to reset your password.
  • If you don't have an alternate email address listed on your Google Account, and you have been trying to sign in to your account, please stop trying to sign in for 24 hours. After 24 hours, visit the password-assistance page and enter your username. You should now be able to reset your password by answering your security question. If you did not create a security question or do not remember the correct answer, please fill out our form so that we may assist you.

HI.I am unable to access my yahoo mail because i cannot remember the answer to my security question.

Forgot My Yahoo! ID & Password
Forgetting your Yahoo! password or ID can happen to anyone, Yahoo! has established procedures for you to retrieve both without having to create a new account.
The password and ID retrieval process is a short and simple one, but you must follow it exactly. The forgotten password process does not give you the password you created when signing up for the account, it gives you a new one, which you can change later.

Forgotten Password

To recover your Yahoo! account password, click on the "Sign In" link from the Yahoo! homepage, which will take you to the "Sign in to Yahoo!" page.
Follow the "I can't access my account" link directly below the yellow "Sign In" button. Select the "I forgot my password" radio button on the next page and then click "Next."
Enter your Yahoo! ID and the code as it is shown and then click "Next."
From the following page, choose whether you want your password sent to the alternate email address or cellular phone number given when the account was created, and then click "Next."
An email is then sent to your alternate email address or cellular phone inviting you to reset your password.
Forgotten ID
From the Yahoo! homepage, follow the "Sign In" link located near the top of the page.
On the next page, click on the "I can't access my account" link directly below the yellow "Sign In" button.
On the next page, you must provide the alternate email address, birth date, country of residence and postal code given when the account was created.
When finished, click on the "Next" button and your ID will be emailed to your alternate email address.
Password Security Questions
If you do not have access to the alternate email address or cellphone number provided when the Yahoo! account was created, you must click the "I can't access any of the above" radio button on the "Please select an option to reset your password" page.
After clicking "Next," you must provide the answers to the security questions selected when the account was created before you are able to reset the account's password.
When All Else Fails
If the Yahoo! account password or ID retrieval methods don't work, you may want to create a new Yahoo! account.
This is done by following the "Sign Up" link at the top of the Yahoo! homepage, next to the "Sign In" link mentioned earlier.
If you choose to create a new account, be sure to remember the alternate email and cellular number you provide in case you find yourself in a similar situation down the road.

Forget my username and password

Well, is it a Windows OS username and password forgotten trouble?

If so, I think it is better for you to take a third party software to reset your forgotten Windows password as soon as possbile. Just take Windows Password Unlocker for example, which allows to reset the password and username with a bootable CD/DVD/USB.

Of course, if you are the administrator, you can also take it to reset the user password.

Can't open my email. forget my personal data information. I change my password but I forgot about it.

Hello there,

If you have forgotten your passoword, the only way is to use the "Forget Password" link and be ready with the correct answers to your security questions you have defined when you created that email account. If you have forgotten them as well, then you cannot recover it anymore. The very least thing you can do however is try contacting your email provider and tell them about the problem and ask them to assist you.
