I have a 1 Tb WD Hard drive that I am trying to transfer large video files from my laptop to, but the drive is telling me the fles are too large. I have way more than enough space on the drive, but it will not let me transfer. What can i do?
-   I have a 1TB Western Digital My Book external drive. I am trying to copy iso movie files ~4500 KB each from my 250GB WD external. I'm trying to make the transfers through USB 2.0 connections on my laptop (don't have firewire port). I get an error message that there is not enough memory on the 1TB (but I have over 800GB free space!). Any ideas?
On a side note, my sister's Mac won't recognize the 1TB (default drive format) but recognized both partitions of my 250GB (I have both FAT32 and NTSF partitions). Again any ideas?-   bobbielyon

It worked for about half an hour, now it only shows up in the device manager, not my computer or ever the disk manager. I have already tried reformatting with a third party fat32 program and it gives me an error message. Any useful advice will be appreciated.
