you have 3 options 1. go to t-mobile store they will send your behold to the manufacturer and then 'll send u back new one 2. go to cellphone repair shop they will unlock for ~30 bucks 3. buy software on ebay and unlock by yourself
Go to settings in your phone and click on phone settings.Click on the usb setting and change it to mass storage.Now go back to the home screen and then hook up the usb cable and it should work fine..Hope this helped.
If you can enter *2767*3855# without the simcard then that's the way to unlock and reset it but it will delete all information stored on the phone. Unfortunately, if you won't be able to enter the strings of command completely, then there's no other way to unlock it but to send the phone for repair to Samsung service center.
