If it is a sim lock then that is on the SIM card itself! If it is a phone lock then you can factory reset the phone to wipe the codes! This is done by a phone shop!
Hi Feston first try to enter 12345,this are the default code it will surely work if you haven't changed.In case if not works the best way to fix this issue is to contact nearest mobile repairing shop.There they can generate the current code without missing any user files/data......or at the same time they can reset to default.Good luck.Thanks for visiting fixya
PIN & PUK codes are not related to the Phone. its the security coides on the SIM. to Unlock the PUK, you will have to get in touch with your service provider ( network Provider)
pull radio out number on top of it call dealer give them number they ask for and they wil give you the code ck your owners manuel also it should be in there
I think you got Security Code / User Code. Just Try 12345 as a default sucurity code. Otherwise you must re-programing your handset to the repair shop to bring that code into the default condition.
