This is the 1st (and easiest) step to take:
1. Turn power off to the refrigerator (i.e. unplug)
2. Leave OFF for at least two minutes to allow the CPU to reset
3. Turn power back on (plug in)
This solves 98% of these problems with the Kenmore Elites.
Step two would be to call service.

You said, you have the Kenmore Elite Trio Bottom Freezer. You moved your refrigerator to a new home and removed the bottom freezer door, but can not seem to figure out exactly how to put it back on correctly.
It's too much for me to tell you myself.
This is easier!

yOU DON'T SAY WHAT THE MESSAGE IS. EITHER WAY IF THERE IS A ERROR CODE USUALLY ONE OF THE FANS ARE NOT RUNNING OR THERE IS A DEFROST PROBLEM.

On a Kenmore Trio 78729 made by LG, open left door and push the Ultra Ice and Refrigerator button simultaneously for 5 seconds. The display will change from 0 OFF to temperature settings.
