The code on this phone was reset after replacing it to prevent kids from dialing 911; now I've forgotten what it is. How do Iobtain the PIn Unlock Code?
You can try to do *22899 which will sometimes reset it to the last four of your phone number
if this does not work, take it to the verizon store and ask a rep to hook it up to the PST machine and get the code for you, please find a knowledgeable rep to do this

Try this 277634#*# it should open a hidden "engineering" menu and use the master reset there it will clear all pins and security code to default. Once done the security code is 0000

There is not a master reset or code for this what you can do is take it in to verizon they can re do the software but if its stolen and somebody reported it then they wont activate it or give it back to you i used to work for them lol just let me know if you have any questions..

dial *22899, press send, allow the phone to program completely. it will shut off on its own and when you turn it back on, the lock code will be set to the last 4 digits of your phone number!
