if you remove the panel in the front lower right hand coner of the washer you should be able to feel around in there for a plastic cord. pull the cord to manually unlock the door

Not sure without knowing the layout of the dials but as a rule of thumb it normally works like this. The earlier the letter (A first) or the lower the number the hotter the wash so idealy it would be around F or 5. Hope thats of some help
