Does the b60 have filter and were is it

The filter assembly is several inches tall, with a basket-like holder for the cartridge at its base. The unit snaps in place over the outlet in the base of the water reservoir.

Lift and remove the cover of the water reservoir, which is located on the left side of the coffee maker.

Turn the filter unit's round replacement date dial to two months in the future. This offers a reminder of when it's time to check and replace the filter.

Open the cage at the bottom of the filter assembly. Insert the soaked and rinsed filter cartridge, and then snap the cage closed.

Position the filter assembly directly over the water outlet in the base of the reservoir. Push the unit down slightly until the assembly locks into place. You should feel it click into position.

Can't get system fill message off jura impress z5

My guess would be that your water tank float is trapped.
The remidy would be to descale the watertank itself.
If you use the Calris filter cartridge. remove it before descaling with a mild commercially available descaler. Don't forget to rinse thorrowly afterwards and reinsert the filter. Always use cold water to fill the watertank.
Hope this helps

Where can i buy charcoil filter for kitchen aid coffee pot 14 cup pot

Hello Ikring,

The filter that you are refering to is the ion filter it can be order from many different online stores. I have found one that the part number is KCM50WF sell the item for $12.99 for 2 and a $1.99 shipping. I asume that you already know how to replace the filter. You might also check your local hardware store as many of them also stock these types of filters. This is the link to the store and web page the item is on http://www.filtersfast.com/KitchenAid-KCM50WF-Coffee-Filter.asp

Thank you for choosing FIxya and please do not hesitate to ask more questions.

I am trying to descale the machine but it says to remove the cartridge filter but i can't find a tool to get the cartridge out? or can i just leave it in while descaling

Hi
The tool is a long plastic handle with a round cam on the end to lock on the filter. The filter is a small water softener that removes most of the scale and should be replaced about every 500 coffees depending on your water hardness. With good water that could be extended to 1,000 coffees. If you don't use the filter, descale more often.

You have the filter screwed it too far. As soon as you feel the filter seating do not screw it in any further.

I returned the coffeemaker to the Store where I purchased it and exchanged it for a model by a different manufacturer which contained clear instructions as to how and where to obtain replacement parts.

Clean the central unit whenever the coffee bean container is filled, or at least once a week. If the water hose seems dirty it is probably due to hard water and needs to be descaled.
Descaling is done with a special citric acid you can buy in any grocery store or dealer of such machines. follow the directions and run clean water through afterwards.

To clean the filter:
Switch off the machine and open service door
.
Remove grounds coffee container .
Remove central unit, by holding the handle and shortly pressing the PRESS key. Wash the central unit with hot water; do not use any solvent.
Make sure there are no coffee residues on the two steel filters: the upper filter can be removed by unloosening and turning the plastic pin anticlockwise using the tool supplied with your device. Dry thoroughly each central unit component, fit the filter again and tighten it properly with the screw .
Remove coffee rest drawer and clean it, using a non-abrasive solvent. Clean the service area thoroughly and fit the coffee rest drawer again. By holding the central unit by its handle, slide it back into its original position, making sure it is correctly engaged. Then close the door. Fit the coffee grounds container again.

good luck, stephen

I just ordered everything I needed for my Bosch Benvenuto B20 from wholelattelove.com.  It was easier than my previous purchase from Bosch to find knowledgeable people.  I purchased Super Auto Cleaning Tabs, Cleancaf by Urnex, and Claris water filters online.  Just call them if you're not sure what to buy.

After using coffee that was too small, I can't make coffee with one of the filters

I'm not sure you can. I did exactly the same thing, the very first time I used it -- I phoned Breville support and they told me to try soaking the filter in 2 tsp of baking soda dissolved in a cup of warm water. Which kinda seemed to work, although it was bit occasionally reluctant to give me my damned coffee.

I struggled on with it for maybe a year, but then the rubber seal around the bit the filter connects to blew out (with rather dramatic results). I think the extra pressure of the blocked filter did more damage that I suspected.

I got it serviced and they replaced both the seal and the filter. Worked great after that...

...until last week, when water started pouring out where no water should pour. Turns out that the black lock block that the filter holder goes into has developed a crack.

Looks like another trip to the service agent for me.

In short, you could try cleaning the 1-cup filter, but I would reccommend giving it up as a bad job and just buying another.

Before It Is Too Late.
