I would like you do reseat (take out and reinstall) the following:
Next I would like you to verify that the powercord is still working, when you plug the cord into the laptop it should light up on your laptop, and there may also be a power indicator on the powerpack itself.
After you have done the following please post back here and let me know your findings
P.s. Note any beeps and sequence when/if they do.

Call HP or go to chat support and threaten them that if your Notebook wont be repaired you will go to consumer court....
