The internet is sometimes slow

Try to type in the start search as PREFETCH and delete all the items in the folder and once when u r done with this type as %TEMP% and delete all the files. Even if this doesnt work, open the Internet explorer page and select the tools option-----then select Internet options--------u'll have the advanced tab and select the option RESET. Close all the webpages, restart the computer and try to use the Internet. If u still see the same issue contact ur Internet Service Provider about the slow connectivity. Hope this will work better.

if u wanna increase your net speed first you have to delet temp files in your system, and another is do not open multi screen at a time..these two reasona are down your internet speed mostly..and finaly check your internet speed with
http://www.ip-details.com/ after doing both actions what i written above..
