Question about OKI B4300 Led Printer
If the printer has additional memory, remove the memory and reboot
the printer. If the printer initializes, the ram memory may be
defective. Try reseating the optional memory, if unit fails to
initialize, memory option is defective.
If the printer does not have any additional memory, this "RAM CHECK" condition is probably being caused by a low voltage power supply problem. It is recommended to replace the low voltage power supply - part number 41991601.

I see a lot of these printers with this problem and its always the low voltage PSU, the capacitors on it have usually leaked, can sometimes be fixed by just replacing the blown capacitor
