Frozen mail box

Try force quitting the Mail Application.

You can do this by going to the Apple logo in the top left corner of your screen, click Force Quit, and select Mail. Then, try relaunching.

You can also get to it by pushing Command + Option + Esc on your keyboard at the same time.

If all else fails, try restarting. Checking for the latest system updates never hurts either (but, make sure you backup first!)

Hope this helps!

Phone will not respond but has power

If this is a smartphone, you can typically hold the power button down for up to 20 seconds and it should hard reset if it is frozen. Another trick would be to simply remove the battery if removable.

you may have a bad switch. sometimes if a switch does not close completely, the microprocessor thinks it is getting a command and will not respond to anything else, locking it up.

My hp pavilion a1110n is frozen on the blue screen and it won't reboot. I've tried to use the command keys but it does not respond.

To solve a frozen screen error, please run a bootable windows XP and repair "c/windows" on the hard drive. Follow the instructions carefully and let the system restart and proceed. Use the key written on the XP CD. After repairing, please an Anti virus (Kaspersky 7 or 2010).
Good Luck!
