Plug in your mp3 player and remove any music or what ever you have on it then open explorer and click on tools and then folder options and then view click on don't show hidden files hit okay... Then check your mp3 player for a USB mode make it mtp or msc...Mtp makes it a mp3 player Msc makes it a disk drive it doesn't matter which now start Dragging and dropping your music in to your mp3 player.................When you put files which are hidden in the player the can't be seen by the player
well maybe you should try to plug it in carefully and put all the songs you want in your mp3 in a file then go to windows media player if you dont have it download it and then go on the top to sync and drag the file on the place where it says then you wait till its all complete and then safely take your mp3 out and turn it on and see if theyre there hope this helps goodluck
Try plugging the unit directly into the computer tower and not use the extension cable, plug it directly into one of the rear ports on your computer. This unit actually hardly ever breaks because its a simple flash drive.
