Question about Dyson DC25 The Ball All Floors Yellow Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner

1 Answer

Was vacuuming and it just stopped.

I was vacuuming and it started making a sound like it not sucking properly, then it just stopped. The sound when it stopped is like it was just slowing down, it was not an abrupt stop. Any suggestions as to what to check before taking it to a repairman? Thanks,

Take the vacuum apart. There probably is something stuck in the tubes

My Miele vacuum's hose has stopped sucking-help!!

Sounds like you might have something caught in it. If you have another vacuum with a hose, use that machine to suck out the clog in your Miele hose.

My shampooer is not sucking the water back up what would cause this

Make sure the dirty water tank is seated properly. I know it sounds dumb, but I have the same shampooer and it does this if the tank is not on properly.

When in carpet mode, brushes seem to be hitting something. Brushes cleaned - how to stop making the awful noise

LOL do you mean when you move the vacuum forward (say into a baseboard)? it makes the loud shocking noise.. i hate that too.. but that's the crazy Warning sound indicating something is stuck (like you sucked up an area rug) or you have run into something and it set off a sensor.

My bissell vacuum cleaner has stopped sucking things up as well as it was when I first purchased it two months ago. It also seems to be pushing more air out than it is sucking up.

with most vacuum cleaners the problem stems from carpet fuzz (especially in new carpet instalations) to build up of pet hair I have repaired several vacuum cleaners & my solution has use a shop vac if possible 15 amps or more clean the hose, check the belt(s) or if is not bagless make sure you have the proper fitting bag happy repair
