sadly this is a common problem, I can give you basis instructions on how to keep your mobility scooter reliable...FREE !. firstly keep those batteries charged...once you used the scooter, put it on charge...

Apologises for the late reply, if you want to wire in a second lot of batteries that not a problem , SAFELY WARNING,,, FIRSTLY ,, TAKE CARE !!!, all you have to do is wire them in parallel, so where you have at batteries wired so positive connects to negative of the second battery , to double up, you simply take a battery wires it negative to positive onto the original batteries, this will double the amperage not the voltage, look at my drawing .!!! TAKE CARE because there is a lot of battery current here , seek experts help if in doubt how to wire ...

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: I an looking for a MANUAL for an ULTRAGLIDE Mobility scooter.

Thanks for writing back, I really do appreciate that.
Yesterday I found another person on E-bay who was selling the same scooter which my husband has been given, and he was very helpful. His scooter was already sold, but he took the time to answer my questions about where to find the serial no. of the scooter, what kind of batteries I'd need, and where to get them cheaper than the official site.
The scooter new, costs about £4000 + but 2nd hand it will only fetch about £700 - £1000. My husband is going to try to use it, and if that doesn't work out, we will just try to sell it.
I have a friend in S.Africa (where we lived for many years, and I have tried in vain to get an instruction book for her ...I think French cooking stove, so I will contact her again for details and see if you can help her.
Thanks again for writing back.
Sincerely, Mabel Farr.
Thanks again for writing back.

SOURCE: How may I obtain a

You can get parts from this website -
http://www.monsterscooterparts.com/priderally.html

Here is a manual for it -
http://www.discountscooters.co.uk/manuals/Pride-Rally-manual.pdf

As for the actual electric diagram for the scooter I think this would be quite hard to come across.

I hope I have given you enough information, thank you for using FixYa
