Try searching ebay for the popcorn maker for AS-IS items and sort by lowest price first and I think you will find one for around $1.

How many grams has 1 tablespoon of butter

Most countries outside the US, weigh their butter using scales which makes it very difficult to understand American recipes. American recipes vary so much on the measurements of butter referencing anything from a stick to a cup, teaspoon or tablespoon In the chart below, I have tried to give a variety of different conversions to try to clear up any confusion.
US BUTTER WEIGHTS GRAMS OUNCES 1 stick (1/2 cup) 113g 4 oz 1/2 stick 56.7g 2 oz 1 cup 225g 8 oz 1/2 cup 113.4g 4 oz 1 tablespoon 14.2g 1/2 oz 1 teaspoon 4.7g 0.02 oz 1 pound 450g 16 oz

Suction does not work

I had the same issue. What I discovered is that when the pump removes the butter it creates a vacume inside the butter vessel. the pump has a hard time overcomming the created vacume. I have drilled an 1/8" hole in the top to allow air to replace the removed butter.

I have a Toastmaster bread and butter machine, model 1195. Need to know what size the bread pan is.... 1, 11/2 or 2 pounds, its not written anywhere on the appliance. Also, I need to replace the bread...

Bread pan Capacities

Here is how you determine the size of loaf you can bake in your machine. You need to determine the capacity of your pan. Fill your pan with water and measure the cups added so you know how many cups of water are in the pan when it is full to the very top. Here are the conversions:

1)If your pan holds less than 10 cups of water you can make: a 1 pound loaf

2)If your pan holds 10 cups of water you can make: a 1 pound loaf and a 1.5 pound loaf

3)If your pan holds 12 cups you can make: a 1 pound, 1.5 pound, and a 2.0 pound loaf

____________________________________________________________________

This is rare, but if you pan holds 14 cups or more you can make all the above plus a 2.5 pound loaf

FROM ANOTHER SITE:

To find your bread machine pan size:
Fill the bread pan with water and measure it out in cups
Less than 10 cups of water = 1 pound
11-13 cups of water = 1 1/2 pounds
More than 13 cups of water = 2 pounds

You don't need the bread pan cover unless you are making butter. If you are making bread you should always leave it off or it could melt from the heat of the baking cycle. The butter cycle doesn't use heat. Please rate this answer with testimonial/vote/rating etc Thanks!

Lost measuring cup for RD 3031. What are proportions for making rice?

1 cup of rice to approx. 1 1/2 cups water, more water for sticky rice, less for dryer, also you can use chicken broth instead of water, gives it a good taste
