"rom"? What exactly are you trying to do? Are you referring to ROM as part of the tablet's memory? If yes, you probably will not be able to do it. ROM is a memory chip built onto the circuit board itself inside the tablet. You would need to completely dismantle the tablet to do it. Most tablets are not built to be taken apart for repairs.
Had a different tablet that was a kids tablet
was told by a seller/ retailer that it was impossible to replace the battery.
However I figured out how to open up tablet and purchased a replacement battery on line and fixed tablet.
hardest part was figuring how to open tablet ...
Looks like we have no choice but send em in for repair. Mine shows half black, that black part spins when turning the tablet, so it is a color rendering issue on half the tablets resolution.
I've never heard of that model, which might make it difficult to find the parts. Look up your local phone repair shop. Tablets are built like giant phones, so the phones shops can usually do tablet screens also.
Most likely a failed battery not holding a charge, if so, repair locations can be found on the net. Parts can be found on Amazon if you are a technician. There are no user serviceable parts in tablets.
I've find some tablet replacement screen on hytparts, I don't which one may be what you want, so here I can just offer you a site, and you can find from them, this is a cell phone replacement repair parts online store, you can find popular brands of tablets replacement parts here. It seems that when you dropped your tablet something may have been knocked loose inside the tablet or something may have broken.
That means you will need to take your tablet to a reputable computer repair business in your area to have a repair technician check it out.
Usually for such repair evaluation services you will have to pay an initial inspection fee. The place where I take my computers and tablets charges $35 for an initial inspection and repair evaluation. Then, if the equipment can be fixed, they tell me the repair cost from which the initial $35 evaluation fee is deducted.
Note: In the future, after having to pay to get your dropped tablet fixed, you may choose to purchase a protective case for your tablet, to help prevent any damage from future accidents.
When that happens it is usually a physically defective digitizer (touch panel). There is
a website with guides that shows you how to replace the part. If you have done repairs like this before, you
can do it yourself. Otherwise ask a friend or a local repair shop. The
website with the free guides is: Tablet Repair Guide, the part should be available on any auction website or big part supplier.
My guess is that they "can", but considering that this would not be a warranty repair, you'd probably end up paying WAY more than it's worth in labor and that's IF they'll even do it. They'll probably give you a hard time.
