Question about Frigidaire Washing Machines
Posted by Anonymous on
Hello - Are you speaking about being balance without the leveling legs? Is the unit located on complete level ground? Or is the washer tub loose and unable to move? If you are referring to the drum, try rotating it manually when it is turned. If you notice that the drum is not balanced and cannot rotate freely, I would suggest contacting a professional so they can move forward accurately. Washer may possibly have a faulty bearing, unbalance drum or pulley issue.

You will need to check the door switch you should have 1500 ohms no less than 1400. To check remove wire ring from door seal carefully peal rubber seal off flange. The remove 2 screws holding switch and carefully take out. Check with ohmeter. This is a fairly common problem with that model. For the lowest price on parts go to www.appliancehelponline.com

Tips for a great answer:
Thank you for your inquiry, Jay Kraemer!
From the information you have provided you would like a video on how to balance your Frigidaire frontload washer. I was unable to find any information on balancing your washer from your manufacturer. This could mean that it is not a simple DIY job. You may be able to perform a generic search online for any information except I would recommend having a professional technician out to accurately balance your washer. This will help to avoid any future issues. -Matt
