the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: I need to copy the contact list from Samsung phone memory to the

you need a third party program to do this, look for the application like pim back up, contacts backup and download it from your phone to install, run the program and back up the contacts. but you need to install this program to both phones.
hence if you cannot find one, use your sim card's utility. copy the contacts to your sim, insert it to your blackberry and copy the contacts from your sim to your blackberry.
i am afraid there is still no way you can back up your contact list in your samsung phone to your memory card. even if you use your samsung studio or samsung pc suite, there is no possible way to copy the save phonebook contacts to your blackberry, they have different file extensions. you can save your samsung contacts as npf, csv, or vcard extensions. you can save your contacts to your memory card as csv or vcard, but i just don't know if blackberry has the capability to browse and save the contacts in this file extension from your memory card.
so the only possible way is to back it up using your studio as vcard, and since blackberry can sync to outlook, you can sync your phone book contacts from outlook to your blackberry..
take care..

SOURCE: Samsung Impression touch screen not

Hello

What you need to do is to calibrate your screen.

There is a code to do that, type in the code using the keyboard and use the keyboard "enter key" when done typing. A screen message will come up briefly. Something about processing and that the phone will shut off and restart. After the restart the touch screen should work again.

code: *2767*3855#

If problem persists, you should replace the flex cable and digitizer screen. This should solve the problem

SOURCE: my samsung mobile s3500 - the display has gone off

Hello,

My dear friend, the problem with your phone is the flex is bad. The flex is the cable that connects the screen to the main board of the phone. First check if there is no damage on the screen, before replacing the flexi ribbon of the phone. Then you replace the flexi ribbon of the phone. If you want to replace it yourself, follow the steps below:

  1. Turn off your phone, Remove your back cover, battery, sim and memory card. Four screws need to be removed,
  2. Run something like a credit card around the join of the battery compartment to release it.
  3. A ribbon connector, needs to be disconnected. It attaches like a plug and socket so just lever this up to unplug.
  4. Now pull the circuit board to the side (a few clips around its edge hold the circuit board in place) and you'll see it's attached to the rest of the phone by another ribbon connector. Again, this attaches like a plug and socket and can be levered away from the circuit board.
  5. Remove the six screws you can see and you'll then be able to remove the slide part.
  6. The flexi ribbon that is behind the screen is what you need to replace, or you can replace the entire screen, but i will advice you replace the flexi ribbon only.
You can get a friend to do that for you once you find out you cannot do this on your own.

Take care and good luck

My samsung s3600 was not switching on completely i followed a custom code from internet and it worked but in the bargain i lost all my phonebook contacts how can i recover these invaluable contact numbers.

If the code you have applied is a master reset code then there will be no way to retrieve your numbers, unless they were saved on the sim, check that the phonebook is set to 'View SIM Contacts' by Address book > Menu key > More > Settings > Memory in use > View contacts from...
It is often set to only look on the phone as default.
