Question about Logitech ClearChat Stereo Headset Headset
There is a 2 yr warranty. I called Logitech, sent my receipt, and they are sending me a new unit.

No you don't, you need drivers for the vista itself. try reinstall the sound card driver from the pc manufacturer's websight. try on another pc if it works there it is your vista computer. go with step one. if it does not work cal logitech.

you have to update your audio card drives and vista updates should be upto date. then follow following options and you could find the solution there.

I had the same problem until I noticed I was running Vista SP1. Search and download Vista SP2 and you will be good to go
