Leaks when rinsing/spinning
SOURCE: Water leaking through detergent tray of my Hotpoint WF860
It sounds like the washer is not draining properly.
Remove lower rear cover of washer, locate and remove the large black hose fastened to bottom of tub.
remove plastic filter inside hose, and clean same.
Refit filter and hose, making sure it is on properly.
Be careful when you remove the hose, as there will be water in there.
As an extra precaution, remove soap draw, and thoroughly clean all parts, particularly, the conditioner parts

1, your pump may be blocked by fluff coins and other debris.
2. more likely bushes worn on the main motor not giving enough umphhh (loverly word) to go through a complete spin....Bushes easily replacable. Job start to finish with parts on hand a machine mechanic 10-15mins top Diy er like me an hour allways have trouble finding the right spanner... Good luck.

Check the brushes in the motor, and replace if less than 5mm or or so in length.
