I have done what u said i should do but the language problem is still there when it comes to internet explorer, what else should i do?

Sounds like you need to reinstall Internet Explorer. Go to Microsoft's site, download and reinstall it.

This is a bug with IE8. The easiest thing to do would be upgrade your internet explorer, which can be done at this link: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/internet-explorer/products/ie/home If you don't want to upgrade, then you'll have to live with this bug. The errors on page are caused by newer languages that the older browser can't understand to use.

Should be able to go to that link and just download Internet Explorer 8.

Google has a language option button on their toolbar, click on it and pick the language you want. You may have to internet explorer and download the Bing translator to figure out the language that is being used.

To resolve this issue:
Start Internet Explorer
Point to Encoding on the View menu.
Click to select Unicode encoding language.
Note: You can determine the default encoding language by observing a bullet point (large dot) next to the selection.

Normally the easiest thing to do with internet explorer is to install it again.

Try to first install it over the old Internet explorer and see if it works.

If not:
try to uninstall it first, then restart the computer and then reinstall the software (IE8). For this action I advice you to have another browser in case internet explorer should not work, at least to have Firefox portable.

Note: you can chance the default language to your language in the upper right corner.

If this not work, please chek your firewall that is not blocating your Internet explorer 8 and your antivirus has not quarantine some files of your internet explorer 8

You can also try to chek your Internet Explorer 8 in default settings without any software apply: got to Start- All programs- accessories- sistem......- Internet Explorer (without accessories).
If this browser works, that means that it is something wrong with your extra programs you have installed on Internet explorer 8

Open Internet Explorer on the far left hand side you will see Tools click on that and a pull down menu will appear
Then click on internet options
The default at top is the General Tab
At the bottom you will see 4 tabs
Colors Language ect.
Click on Language and make sure just english is there.
Then click apply
