It depends on what you would like to use it for. It's not feasible to upgrade the internal graphics card but you can purchase USB graphics cards to use.
The limitation of external cards is the data transfer rate of the USB port. Your model of laptop has USB 2.0 which would be the slowest of the possible external graphics options.
Essentially, you can purchase USB video adapters but they really just allow you to connect an additional monitor. Here is an example:

DOWNLOAD THE DRIVERS FOR THE CARD OR USE THE CD THAT CAME ALONG THE PC.
DOUBLE CLICK ON THE ICON AND IT WILL START THE INSTALLATION. BE SURE TO HAVE THE RIGHT DRIVERS FOR YOUR WINDOWS VERSION.
