Disgo 8000 (Never Used) freezes on start up? Please Help

When I start the device it vibrates and a logo appears (infoTMIC) then the screen changes to a white background with a (Disgo) logo, then the screen changes to the logo (infoTMIC) and at that point nothing changes the screen is frozen. The only way to power down the device is to reset it as the power button does not allow you to power down. This device is new and never used and I've tried trouble shooting as per the instruction book with the SD Card removed etc and nothing changes at all. Can you tell me what to do to get the device working?

    I've only trouble shooted as per the instruction manual and I'm yet to reset or or upgrade the system.

How do I fix the freezing of keyboard and slow process.


It helps to wipe the cache partition every now and then if your device is a bit sluggish. This helps for better performance.

How i recover my infotmic tab


Depending on which version you have please see the following notes:

How To Factory Reset/Recover the systerm On Your Tablet PC(Flytouch 2/SuperPAD 2/Infotmic tablet 2)

1. Press "Power" and "Home" button at the same time, hands off until you see the words on the screen.
2. Select:"wipe data/factory reset" with the "volume" button, and then press "menu" button.
3. Select:"Yes -- delete all user data", and press "menu" button.
4. Wait until you see" Enter erase_cache Data wipe complete" .
5. Press "reset", calibrate it and set the language.

How To Factory Reset/Recover the system On Your Tablet PC(Flytouch 3/Flytouch 4/SuperPAD 3/Infotmic 3)

1. first press the "MENU" key, keep pressing the "MENU" key while you press the "POWER" key, remove your hands when you see "recovery" from the screen.
2. Wait a few seconds until it is done. And then the system will start..

Precautions

A power failure during the firmware writing operation may disable the tablet PC.
* Use a fully charged Battery or dedicated AC Adapter for the firmware update.
* Do not shut off the power during the firmware writing operation

I have infotmic tab but im unable to download any apps or any thing how do i do this things please help.


Dear Eram,

To download apps for an Android device, you need to have (or create) a Google account - if you have a Gmail account, it is this same account.

Then, you have to search in your tablet apps for the Google Play app and touch on it. Entering Google Play, sign in using your account and you will be ready to download your apps.

NOTE: to enter your Google Play, you will need to have the Internet connection active and correctly set up in your device.

My disgo 8000 tablet has lost its recovery image and it says try to boot from sd,but i don't know how to do this. need lots of help please otherwise i just have an expensive brick.


Stop stop stop and stop using the device immediately! Once you use it again, it may cause the file overwritten situation which means your original files may be overwritten by the new files. To get back the recovery image, you can boot your disgo 8000 first. Then use this software to get the files back, here is the website: http://www.uflysoft.com

Just bought a disgo 8000 android tablet but it freezes every time I try to use the gallery


Hi there,

We are sorry to hear that the device is freezing and not working as expected.

Please try the following which may help to resolve the issue.


1) Ensure that the Video/Image files you are trying to view are compatible with the tablet. Compatible files are located on the packaging and in the User Manual. You can also locate this information on the website, mydisgo.com

2) If you have not already done so, we would advise that you update the device to version 2.3. The update procedure can be found at the following page; tinyurl.com/8000update

3) If the Gallery app only freezes when accessing files on the SD card (and not internal memory), please try using the alternative memory card slot or test using a different memory card.

Android vimicro logo stuck on screen


ANDROID Tablet Freezes at Android startup screen

For Superpad VI - 10.1" Android Version 4.03, this worked for me!

1. Press & hold START button
2. When "VIMICRO" appears, Then Press & Hold the MENU button
3. The Android System Recovery <3e> Menu should appear
4. Scroll down using the Volume Key to "wipe data/factory reset"
5. Press HOME Button
6. Scroll down to "Yes - delete all user data"
7. Press the HOME Button
At this point the system will do a recovery and hard start, and will be on "reboot system now
8.Press the HOME Button
Your system should reboot normally, but you will need to enter all new data, as it has been wiped clean.

Digo freezes


It may hardware problem. It's better to contact Disgo for tech help. Or change it for a new one if it's possible.
