Question about Cell Phones
When I switch it on it gives me an error 15. I have checked the filter is correct. I have checked all the pipes are tight. Any other ideas?

Its purely network problem. Dont try again and again with the same solutions. Switch off the mobile for some time, remove battery, and sim card, and put them again after some time and switch it on. In samsung, while switching on, it will show the service providers name in the start up screen. if it shows, then it should work. If it doesnt work, some problem with the sim card. try to replace it. or otherwise general operation in selecting the network shud help.
