Question about VIA Epia M860-12e Fanless Mini-itx Embedded Mainboard
It shows the board is not compatible with the monitor.
In which case change the monitor. I have checked the spec of the board and it has a VGA connector and should output to a normal VGA monitor. But your system is designed for Point of information and industrial automation. Try and find a display made for these purposes.
