Question about Canon iR 2016i Black and White Copier
Hi, i am working on a iR2016 DIGITAL copier and i have the following problems:
1) anytime that you are about to make a copy, the LCD of the machine displays change paper size but the paper size dial is still at A4 or at time during or after you have made copies.
2) When you give a copy command, the machine is unable to pick papers and displays paper jam. At times when you give a command to copy about 10 copies of a document, it will print about 3 or 4 and the LCD will display paper jam. when you open the left cover there will be no paper stacked in the machine but it will still display the same problem. I have changed the paper pick up rollers and the problem still persist.
OK it seems to be a problem with pick up clutch and vertical feed rollers ( When you open the left door and hinge in level of cass you will see axis with the tree little rollers- clean it with alcohol or water).Pick up clutch is better to replace it FK2-1068 (europe code).
