More then likely your power supply failed. If you do not hear a click from the relay during the power up cycle then your power supply failed.

you can make sure all the connections that exist on the PCB Board TV is connected, if there are loose you can reconnect. Especially,
usually there is often no (tin solder melts) connection between the
foot pin of the components with the PCB board in a vertical section and Horizontal section.
There is another possibility it was caused by the failure of existing data in the EEPROM memory IC such as IC C2408, C2404 etc, you need to replace it
Then also you can check on the RGB Board, ensure the 3's Transistor for ( RED,GREEN and Blue ) is OK. if not you have to replace the transistor for GREEN.
