Question about Canon MultiPASS MP390 All-In-One InkJet Printer

1 Answer

My computer wont start after installing MP390 drivers

What happens is the gigabyte page starts up and then off screen mode comes this just repeats itself until I turn the power off the printer. Then the computer starts up normally. I have had the computer check its ok it has something to do with the hardware. I have uninstalled the driver and reinstalled it but it didnt fix the problem. I have also updated the motherboard as well. I hope you guys can help.
Cheers Karl

HI I JUST FOUND MY CANON MP390 PRINTER UP IN MY ATIC AND I NEED TO START USING IT...... I CONNECTED TO MY COMPUTER BUT IT IS ASKING FOR A CD THAT I DONT HAVE.......... HOW CAN I LOAD THIS ON.

For software related to this printer model, try this link:
http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/multipass_series/multipass_mp390#DriversAndSoftware
You will need to select your operating system, and then you will be directed to the page where you can download the driver for the printer and any additional software you may need. For help installing the software, here is a link to the manual:
http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/multipass_series/multipass_mp390#DriversAndSoftware
I personally would download and save the driver to the computer, and then go through the new printer wizard setup and tell it where you saved the driver. The printer should then be able to install on your computer. For extra features, you will need to install the software for that model, which can be found on the driver download page.
