Question about Panasonic Workio DP-2500E Copier
I got a dp-2500 series copier and it has done around 100k.
i bought this printer and i been told everything was fine.
but when i try to copy, quality was so bad (dots are not continous... for example if i print a photo there are of white sopts where it should be black!).
i changed the toner and the drum. now the copies are better (text is readable) but photos are not very clear.
can somebody advice me what i should do.
Is the printout of pictures erasable?
if yes, the fuser roller is damaged.
if not. . . try this:
most probably the magroller of the process unit is dirty. (some toner hardly stick on it).
to clean the magroller:
1. remove it from the process unit
2. remove the toner using isop alcohol
3. remove the toner(stain) by using metal polish.
4. clean again using isop alcohol to remove the residue of metal polish.
is this helpful enough?
if not pls inform me because the next suspect part is the LSU.
