Touch Settings. Turn the unit so that you are looking at it long ways, and near the bottom of all the settings is Date and Time. Or you can just touch the screen in Settings, and flip your finger up to show more options at the bottom. I found this out by accident. My problem is not being to get a Wi-Fi connection, even though I'm sitting right next to my other big wireless desk computer.

How do I reset the time when I move into a different time zone

mcdevito75 here, You re-set the time in a different time zone the same way as you do for the time zone your in now. The different time zones in the USA ru from 1 to 3 hours before the time in the Eastern part of the USA, example, Eastern time 3 PM, then going West, you have Central time 1 hour before, then Mountain time, 2 hours before , then Pacific time 3 hours before eastern time.

The following is from a manual I found online. Step 1. and 2. worked to solve the same problem you're having for my sister-in-law. Hope it works for you too--good luck! JLC
SETTING THE CLOCK AND CALENDAR
CLOCK MANUALLY
1. Press and hold [MODE] button for 2 seconds.
2. Using the [UP]/[DOWN] button to scroll through the 4 U.S.
time-zones (Pacific, Mountain, Central or Eastern) or non-U.S.
cities. Press [MODE] to confirm.
3. If non-U.S. city is selected, the world time city will be flashing.
Use [UP]/[DOWN] to select the city (for city names abbreviation,
please refer to the section “Selecting the World Time”). Press
[MODE] to confirm.
4. Repeat the same procedures to set the hours, minutes, year, month,

Silicon radio control watch, what # is the eastern zone

It depends which way you are looking at- West or East.
5th time zone on West is for: Greenland, Canada, USA, Bahamas, Jamaica, Columbia, Peru.
On East: Russia, Kazakstan, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, Maldives.
I just do not understand why you do need this. All radio controlled watches are receiving the signal from the place in country where watch is worn- in my case its Rugby in England.
Use your user manual to sort this out.
