something is stuck in the filter (big olive, valve from baby bottle...) so the water can't get out. Clean filter, then make sure all water is out of the machine (we sucked it out ourselves with a tube and a bucket, ieuw..). Then wait a couple of days: the machine/wires/etc. needs to get dry before you can use it again! Try to turn it on after two or three days. Do not call an expert before you've tried this, it will save you a lot of money... (wish I'd done it...)
