I lost my user manual

Texas Instruments has the guidebooks for many of their calculators on their support page. http://education.ti.com/en/us/guidebook/search/scientific-calculators is the best starting point.

The direct link to the TI-36x Solar Guidebook is http://education.ti.com/download/en/US/8E1BED432FAC4E4FB5E7A01102F78382/BDD801AB9F3244E3B275AB93FD4F2238/36x-eng.pdf . If you click Continue as Guest, you should be able to download the PDF.

I hope this helps.

My texas TI-36X Scientific Calculator screen display is damaged due to water entering inside it

You have 2 choices here. Attempt to dry it out by leaving in a dry warm place, or by an de-humidifier or by carefully taking the back off and letting it vent, or buy a new one. Not much else to do with that as the water is still in the device and not completely dried. Even after drying, it may not work, but it's worth a try before spending on a new one.

What key do you use when calculating factorials? In my math book it shows 9 x! or 9!. I cannot find this key on my TI calculator.(!)

Hello,
The prb key displays two menus PRB and RAND. The factorial is the third option under the PRB menu.
4 PRB 3 displays 4! which is 24.
Hope it helps.

On a TI 36X what is the button used to solve probabilty?

That depends on what you mean by "solve probability." You could study probability for a year in college and not come close to covering all the types of probability problems. Do you want the number of combinations or permutations? The upper or lower tail of some probability distribution? The inverse distribution?
