You may have some articles that made their way into the pump housing. Alot of times I see dimes get stuck in the ports of the pump, remove and check out thoroly and also check hoses coming to pump for little son of a gun articles that like to hide.

you may be using too much soap or the wrong soap . you have to use HE soap and about only several spoons of that. too much soap results in too much suds which cannot be pumped out

The 03 error code is the drain. Disconnect the drain hoses
and check for blockages. If no blockage "time" the drain interval. If
it's more than 6 minutes it's the pump. Also make sure you're using the
type of soap so the ball check valve on the bottom of the outer drum
getting fouled with excessive suds. Also disconnect the drain hose from
house plumbing and let it free flow on it's own. This will tell you if
block is in your plumbing, and not in the machine. Assuming that your
filter is clean.

SOURCE: Some time all the water
Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
I would gently suggest that you check the drain motor lint tray/filter. So many 'faults' are caused by blocked filters and many machines will not even go to spin or release the door lock if there is any water still left inside.
Here are my guidance notes for checking both the drain filter and the drain motor ;-0)
If you are unsure where the filter is, it is often behind the front lower (kick) panel (or in some machines at the rear in an awkward position!) and most are held in by a round cover/knob. Sometimes the filter will not come out with the cover and you will have to persuade it to come out to play!
REMOVE POWER AND ENSURE YOU HAVE A WATER RECEPTACLE/RAGS TO SOAK UP THE WATER WHICH IS BOUND TO POUR OUT!
It's surprising what people have found in theirs! It is always worthwhile checking it on a regular basis.
Now- whilst the filter is removed it is normally possible to see the drain motor and ensure it is not jammed by a foreign object such as a needle or a toothpick. It should be able to be turned by hand/finger- the power IS OFF!
At this point it is also possible to test if the motor works. No clothes or water in the machine, select a spin cycle and put the power back on. You should be able to see the motor turning at some point, possibly straight away. If it doesn't work then the motor is malfunctioning!
Hope the filter is the problem and good luck!

The symptons your giviong me poit to an issue with the pump probably not pumping all the water out like it should. Is this a top loader or front loader machine. In the mean time check and make sure the water is being pumped ourt completly before the spin starts.

Dishwasher not draining issue usually occurs due to kinked drain pipe, clogged drain filter or drain pump. First make sure that the drain is not clogged and remove clogs if present. If no visible lint is present then remove the lower front access panel to check the drain filter and drain pump for any clogs, you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump completely. Also, check for any food pieces stuck near the pump impeller & clean the chopper assembly. Please note that dishwashers don't drain out the complete water such that heating element doesn't overheat. Hope this helps... Please post back for any further assistance.
