Problem for Dell "Inspiron 2200" PC Notebook
Desktop is not showing on computer.

My friend has a computer and his desktop is not showing up on his computer. He can only access application through the task manager and selecting run. We have tried using msconfig to fix it. We have tried all three start up options and tried enabling and disabling everything but can't get it to work. The task bar and the start menu are not showing either.

You Enabled Everything In The Services Menu And Rebooted?

Try accessing in safe mode
e.g press F8 every 5 seconds during start up
Select Safe Mode
Then use system restore to roll back to a previous date
