Memory not read

i have LG MP3 PLAYER KJT-042FV2

proplrm: when i whanted to delete the data on its memory via pc there r messege (cant delete files.) i tried w to formate : windos cant format and the MP3 have virus i formated it from windows system , then when i connected the mp3 the message say: the disk in drive G not formated ;format it? i press yes after that other mesage say windos was unable to complete the formate not!! when make right clic - proprties the memory is full!!
