Question about Televison & Video
Depends on the brand and model---most flat panels use either two boards (one drives each side of the screen) or combine them into one larger board.
Understand the board should repair this but no promise--with this type of set it is buy and try a new board.
Keep in mind if a shop gets this the ONLY way they can know it to actually replace a board---if the shoot you a price they are guessing, that way they still charge the estimate even if not repaired.
On a typical set say over 32 inches I would guess 150 parts and labor and UP.
