There's a little screw that adjusts the pilot light. It is usually on the block with all the other valves. Follow the pilot lite supply line to where the screw probably is located.

Pilot is out on lft side burners, I open cover to light pilot, when i close cover pilot goes out again

you have to send the model number off of the machine, the number you sent 117 stoves popped up and none of them had pilots, anyway look near the pilot there should be a screw or something there so you can adjust the pilot or get a paper clip and stick it into the orifice and clean up area around the pilot, something could have spilt over and got into the pilot hole but there should be an adjustment screw next to the pilot or maybe on the valve,i have an older stove and there's a screw next to the pilot.hope this helps you out.

Electric Ignition (sparking clicking noise when control knob is turned to "light" setting) do not have pilots. The spark ignites the gas.

Pilot wont light.

Firstly make sure the gas knob is exactly in the pilot mode some are finiky and won't light unless in exactly the right postion. Make sure once lit when pushing down on the pilot knob that you hold it down long enough for the thermocouple to sense the pilot. Barring both of those the most likley culprit is the thermocouple itself is faulty and can easily be removed usally with a couple of screws and a small adjustable wrench.
