Question about Sony Televison & Video
When i turn off my dvd player, there is a buzzing noise that I hear. I do not hear the noise when the player is on.. was wondering what causes this noise?
It is in the standby portion of the power supply which runs 7/24 if the unit is plugged into power.

hi..the reason for the problem is u have
to clean ur dvd lense.u can clean the lense
using the lense cleaner cd.This will be available
outside.once u clean it will work properly without
check it out.

SOURCE: buzzing sound
if you are using a composite or a component cables make sure that you have connected the cables properly! the buzzing or humming sound means that you have connected the cables wrong. double check it please. for more info call sony technical support at 1-800-222-7660 a friendly technical support will help you just be nice to them...
